Beach Luxury Hotel organized a Biryani Bahar – a festival based on the truly loved dish ‘biryani’. The festival inaugurated on 7th February and will remain open for Biryani lovers of the city till 3rd March, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
People will get to experience and devour over 49 different types of biryani in total with 14 kinds of biryani each day. Some of the famous types are Sindhi biryani, Hyderabadi Biryani, Qeema Biryani, Nalli Biryani and many more specialties from the sub-continent. Along with biryani,
There are several other dishes as well for one to indulge in. Not only this, but to add more masala to the foodies taste buds. To enhance and multiply the Biryani taste 14 different kinds of Raita is a part of the buffet.
The inaugural ceremony of Biryani Bahar was held on 7th February 2019, in presence of honorable Chief Guest, Syed Sardar Ali Shah, Minister of Culture and Tourism and Mr. Ali Hamdani, CEO Landmark Communications, Organizers of Pakistan Travel Mart. Also present at the inauguration were Mr. Rasheed Barkat Chairman of Pacific Oil Mills, a strong organizer, motivator and concrete team player & Mr. Iftikhar Shalwani, Commissioner Karachi, along with others dignitaries from corporate world & CGs of different nation.
