ANKARA: Turkish Airlines announced Thursday that its economy class passengers would be offered state-of-the-art headsets on long-haul flights. The move came less than ten days after the U.S. and U.K. introduced bans on electronic devices as carry-ons in flights coming from certain countries including Turkey. BANGKOK: Thai Airways International’s (THAI) first Beijing-Phuket direct flight reached at Phuket International Airport on Tuesday, 28th March, in southern Thailand, according to Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). THAI has launched four-time weekly direct flights between China’s capital Beijing and southern Thailand’s famous beach destination Phuket. The flights will be carried out with 264-seat Dreamliner B787 planes.
