KARACHI: On the 16th of March 2018, His Excellency Suwat Kaewsook, Consul General of Thailand and his wife inaugurated the World famous ice-cream franchise ‘Swensens’in Pakistan. Mr. Joey Reyes, General Manager, International Franchise-Thailand flew out to Pakistan especially, to be the part of opening ceremony of the very first Swensens icecream parlour here in the town.

Mr. Imran Shaikh, CEO greeted all the guests upon their arrival at the parlor. Mr. Kanaporn Apinonkul, General Manager-Pakistan Thai Airways International, staff of the Thai consulate Karachi and a large number of ice-cream lovers and dessert enthusiasts from all around town attended the opening ceremony.
Mr. Arif Suleman, Honoray Trade Advisor, Royal Thai Government in Pakistan also graced the occasion and appeared to be the main motivating person behind this inaugural.
The people of Karachi are thoroughly enjoying this new addition in their city and the reviews and feedback have been filled with praises and commendation for the parlour. It has officially become the town’s go to place for a quick dessert fix.
