Delegates from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, Türkiye and Turkmenistan, as well as Turkish Cypriot State attended the meeting.

Aftab ur Rehman Rana, Managing Director of PTDC represented Pakistan in this meeting.
