KARACHI: In continuation to the series of International Food Festivals, Beach Luxury Hotel, as always, with great finesse and transcendence hosted a lustrous evening for food lovers of karachiites to inaugurate a 10 day Malaysian Food Festival subsequent to the Malaysia’s participation in the Pakistan Travel Mart 2018.

The festival was inaugurated by the Advisor to chief minister Sindh on information and archives Barrister Murtaza Wahab, along with the Consul General of Malaysia His Mr. Khairul Nazran Abd Rahman, GM, of hotel M. Azeem Qureshi and was largely attended by the top brass of government dignitaries, members from the business community and diplomats as well.
Speaking on the occasion, Barrister Murtaza Wahab, said that such events plays a pivotal role in building strong bilateral relationship between countries and the government of Sindh is all set to support such events wholeheartedly in future too. ‘We optimistically believe that such kind of social events and activities must always proliferate’, he added.
The Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Khairul Nazran Abd Rehman, said that these types of events are important in the perspective of bringing closer the people of two countries as well as in maintaining long term relationships. ‘It is indeed a great pleasure to get such a warm hospitality and greatly enchanted response from the people of this country, especially the citizens of Karachi’, he added.
It is pertinent to mention here that more than 23 types of delicious traditional Malaysian cuisines of divergent flavors were displayed at the food festival following to the performance of traditional Malaysian dance by the well-known Malaysian troupe
Speaking at the event, General Manager, Beach Luxury Hotel Mr. Azeem Qureshi, thanked Advisor to chief minister Sindh, Barrister Murtaza Wahab, for ensuring his presence at the event and all the guests who made the inauguration event of Malaysian Food Festival successful in all aspects. It is believed that Beach Luxury Hotel will play a significant role in organizing festivals of such nature in the future as well and that will certainly aid a lot in boosting our global relationships in the long run. On the Occasion a well-known Malaysian Cultural troupe performed colorful traditional dances and songs.
