KARACHI: Last week, Mr. Changgaiz Hussain Khan, a Social Welfare Representative hosted a grand reception at his residence DHA Karachi, in honor of Vice Admiral Pakistan Navy Zahid Ilyas (commander Karachi) Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military and Sitara-e-Basalat.
