KARACHI: Hitit, a leading airline and travel industry technology provider, conducted a
successful workshop session at its Liaison Office in Karachi on May 3rd and 4th, 2023.
The workshop was designed to help travel agents, PSA, BSP, and VA navigate the Hitit
Crane APP and learn about its features and capabilities.
The cost-free workshop was attended by 28 travel agents from 16 different agencies.
The highly interactive session gave participants the opportunity to ask questions and
receive live feedback from technical experts. The workshop covered a range of topics
related to Hitit Crane APP, including system navigation, functionality and how to make
the most of the platform’s capabilities.
At the end of the workshop, all agents received certification, recognizing their
participation and successful completion of the course.
Hitit launched the Crane Agent Portal Plus Workshop series in February 2023. As part
of this workshop plan, Hitit will organize interactive, face-to-face sessions where travel
agents can meet with technical experts and learn about various topics related to Hitit
Crane APP.
The next workshop sessions are scheduled to be held in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar
and Saidu Sharif. Hitit plans to conduct these sessions in Sialkot, Quetta, Kharian,
Lalamusa, Mirpur, and Multan in the following days.
