Additionally, Careem has also become the official partner of TDCP in mobility to facilitate local and foreign tourists visiting the country.

To kickstart the car type, an event was held at a local hotel in Lahore which included senior officials from TDCP and Careem, Sadaf Zafar, Additional Secretary, Agha Muhammad Ali Abbas, Managing Director, Shahid Warraich, Deputy General Manager,(Center), Fawad Awan, Head of Marketing & Corporate Affairs, Musa Raza, Manager Marketing, Bakhtawar, Marketing Consultant, from TDCP and Feroz Jaleel, Country Head, Pakistan and Ammar Hassan, Senior Manager, Operations at Careem.

Talking on this occasion, Agha Muhammad Ali Abbas,  Managing Director, TDCP, said, “We are taking all possible measures for the development and promotion of tourism in the country. With this partnership, our aim is to set up a network of projects and initiatives to boost tourism and provide safe and secure means of transportation to everyone. Our collaboration with Careem will enable tourists to explore the city of Lahore and will promote tourism in the region”.

Feroz Jaleel, Country Head of Careem Pakistan, added that “This agreement with TDCP will definitely boost the scope of tourism and is intended to open new doors for both local and foreign tourists who are interested to see the rich culture and beautiful architecture of Lahore.” Adding further he said, “this is our commitment to provide safe, secure, and reliable mobility across Pakistan and we will continue to scale this up with more routes and cities in the future.”

With this partnership, both TDCP and Careem aim to uplift the country’s tourism sector and provide reliable, safe and secure movement to tourists.
