DUBAI: Dubai-based airline flydubai has announced the start of flights to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The five-times-weekly service between Dubai and Tashkent will start from March 11 and will become a daily operation from May 31. ISTANBUL: The new Istanbul airport, which partially opened in October, last year, will begin full passenger operations on March 3, operating company IAG said.
