LAHORE: Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab and Azad Jammu Kashmir Tourism Department signed an important MoU at TDCP Head Office, Garden Town, Lahore on 12th April.
According to the MoU both departments will provide information regarding tourism to the domestic and international tourists and both departments also open tourist information centres at the prominent places of their cities. More over both departments exchange tourist delegations and provide 20% discount on the tourist facilities in their respective tourist destinations.
Asper MoU both departments will invite each other on their important events to get and share the experience. To train the man power to cater the hospitality industry and capacity building, TDCP will train AJK peoples and staff at their institutes of tourism and hotel management in the field of front office and hospitality.
On the occasion of MoU signing Secretary Tourism AJK Ms. Midhat Shahzad and Managing Director PTDC Mr. Ahmer Mallick were alo present while the TDCP General Manager (Ops) Tahir Masood Khan and Director General Tourism Department AJK, Mr. Peer Zada Irshad Ahmad signed the MoU.
