Pakistani sweets are not only popular within the country, but also abroad. The Professional Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management (POHTM) kicked-off the New Year with Pakistani Sweet Workshop on 02 January, 2018. It was conducted by Chef. Nadeem, one of the best sweet makers of Karachi. Students learned to make sumptuous Malai Khajla and Burfi during the two hours session. Young audience attended the workshop in great numbers and appreciated efforts of POHTM. Notably, more such workshops on preparing Pakistani delicious sweets will be arranged soon by the institute. The mouth-watering taste of sweets provided a fresh and amazing start of the New Year for the students of POHTM.
