LAHORE: Hitit, a leading global airline and travel technology provider, held a highly
successful workshop in Lahore on July 25, further reinforcing its commitment to
Pakistan’s second largest city and its thriving airline and travel industries.

Hitit continues its workshop series with the support of Pakistan International Airlines
(PIA). Hitit’s latest workshop was held in Lahore, a city of considerable significance for
the country’s travel dynamics. Hitit’s technical team conducted the workshop under the
guidance of Mr. Zaheer ud Din, PIA’s Lahore District Manager. His valuable support and
presence made the content of the workshop more productive.
The workshop was attended by 35 travel agents, including Quality Aviation Lahore,
AEG Travel Services, Bukhari Travels, Matchless Travels, Going Places Travels,
Citicenter Travels, A&A Aviation, Interworld Travels and Prime Travel Services. These
respected travel agents got a unique opportunity to learn more about Hitit’s innovative
travel technology solutions and enable them to excel in their operations.
Strong cooperation between Hitit and PIA
Hitit received a warm welcome in Lahore. Mr. Zaheer ud Din’s presence is proof of the

in the industry. During the workshop, Mr. Zaheer ud Din shared invaluable insight and

Key PIA staff, including Mr. Abdul Rehman, Passenger Sales Manager; Mr. Tanveer
Qasim, Ticketing Officer Manager; and Mr. Ijaz Malik, Assistant Manager Reservations
and Ticketing – and Hitit Master Trainer – also provided significant assistance. Their
support was pivotal in making the workshop a success and enabled extensive
interaction with the participating travel agents.
