- Gerry’s will do the all follow up and advise the client about the approval of VAT amount and when the VAT payment is ready for transfer in client’s account.
- Gerry’s will transfer VAT refunded amount minus it’s commission directly to the client bank account
- Gerry’s will respect client confidentiality throughout the process. All original invoices and other documents will be returned to the client at the end of VAT reclaim process
- The client will provide Power of Attorney/ letter of authorization to Gerry’s.
- The client will provide the Certificate from chamber of commerce- valid for 1 year.
- Gerry’s will not provide any cash VAT refunded amount.
