LAHORE: Mahan Air, a Premier Iranian Airline has started its operations from Pakistan. The flights are scheduled form Lahore to Tehran, every Monday & Thursday morning. The inaugural Ceremony was held at Lahore Press Club on Wednesday, December 20. Mr. Mehdi Aliyari, Senior Advisor to Managing Director & Vice President, Mahan Air, formally announced the flight Operations. Speaking on the occasion, he said that Pakistan and Iran are maintaining a bond of brotherhood and friendship since decades, sharing the true spirit of neighborhood and common cultural ties.

“Flight operations inauguration of Mahan Air in Pakistan will help further strengthen the ties between the courtiers and take the relationship to the next level” he added.
Mahan air flight operation will add a lot of value in terms of providing economical air travel option for the travelers, especially the pilgrims visiting religious sites and shrines in Iran. Mr. Masood M. Khan, Chief Executive Office and Mr. Salman Javed, Chief Operating Officer were also present at the ceremony. The flight provides immediate connection to Barcelona, Paris, Munich, Milan & Dubai. Pre Stopover (for Zairat) allowed at Tehran for Europe, Dubai, China & Bangkok bound passengers.
