KARACHI: Mr. Omer Shakil Kashmirwala who was elevated to the position of CEO, Kashmirwala Group in July 2023, announced that Government of Pakistan have approved 3 weekly frequencies of Batik Air to/from Karachi. Batik Air has been successfully operating daily flights between Lahore and Kuala Lumpur since 2016 and now looking to expand its network to Southern Pakistan.
Batik Air is Malaysian-based Airline that operates from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. Batik Air has a vast network covering Asia, South East Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, China and rapidly expanding its ever-growing network. The carrier currently operates fleet of Boeing 737 and ATR aircrafts for both domestic and international flights.
