CHITRAL: The hospitality sector of Chitral has noticed that reduction in the number of PIA flights to Chitral from Islamabad by more than half and selection of wrong timing for the flights leading to their frequent cancellation have adversely affected the influx of foreign tourists. Ms. Rashmi Verma, Tourism Secretary, said: “A committee has been set up with the Shipping Secretary and I as co-chairs to promote cruise tourism. We have recently received a report from an international consultant, who is also a member of the committee.
