DUBAI: Etihad Airways Group Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mark Powers has stepped down after roughly a year in the job as the Abu Dhabi state-owned carrier overhauls its business after years of heavy losses. Powers, who joined in January 2018, resigned for personal reasons and has decided to return to the United States, Etihad said in a statement confirming the news. KARACHI: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has designed a plan to implement ‘Road to Makkah’ project for Hajj operation 2019. The CAA has prepared a feasibility report for departure of Hajj pilgrims and the facilities being extended to them. MULTAN: The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) Multan has sent a feasibility report to the provincial government to develop an island resort on a lush green piece of land in the middle of a natural lake near Taunsa Barrage.
