GILGIT: Vehicles and motorcycles were handed over to Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Tourism Police at a special ceremony which has been specifically setup to assist and provide security for local and foreign tourists. Addressing the ceremony, SSP Hunza Tufail Ahmed Mir said that protection of lives and properties of tourists was always top priority of Hunza police. He said the tourism police would be deployed on patrolling at different localities including KKH. The seats are preferred by some passengers because they have more legspace and there is no seat which can recline into one’s face.
