ISTANBUL: Nevra Onursal Karaağaç, Hitit’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, has been honoured with the Leadership in Sales Award (LiSA). It was presented to her by Sales Network, an organization that brings together the sales and marketing ecosystem in Türkiye. This award recognizes individuals who make significant contributions to sales and marketing strategies each year. Karaağaç emerged as the Sales Leader of the Year after successfully navigating both the public voting and jury evaluation stages of the competition. Nevra emerged victorious, surpassing over 100 of her peers – domestic and international sales and marketing leaders ranging from CEOs, CMOs to CCOs, COOs, VPs, General Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
Hitit, a prominent technology provider in the airline and travel industry, garnered attention for its remarkable sales and marketing accomplishments spreading to six continents. Nevra Onursal Karaağaç, CMO at Hitit, played a pivotal role in implementing strategies that expanded the company’s sales network from 47 to 67 airlines. This success led to her being named the Sales Leader of the Year. Leadership in Sales Awards (LiSA), organized by Sales Network, featured participation from 118 companies across various industries, ranging from retail and healthcare to technology, aviation, education, logistics, and energy sectors. A jury, primarily composed of executives from independent non-governmental organizations, evaluated the shortlisted candidates. Karaağaç who resonated with the public, received the LiSA following a jury evaluation.
