KARACHI: last week Regent Plaza Hotel & Convention Centre organized a Thai Street
food Festival at Aesthetically refurbished Saffron restaurant.
A large cross section of the city’s elite, including industrialists, businessmen and
professionals responded to the invitation and enjoyed the Thai Street food.
Acting Consul General of Thailand, Her Excellency Siriporn Tantipanyathep along with
Mr. Zubair Baweja, Managing Director, Regent Plaza Hotel & Convention Centre, His
Excellency Eng. Sami Abdullah Al Khanjari, Consul General of Sultanate of Oman,
Consul General of Russian Federation, His Excellency Andrey V.Fedorov, His
Excellency Nakagawa Yasushi, Deputy Consul General of Japan and Mr. Arif Suleman,
Honorary Trade Advisor, Royal Thai Government in Pakistan Inaugurated the Thai
Street Food Festival.
