KARACHI: The Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi, with great zeal and enthusiasm, puts forward various cultural and literary, festivities and celebrations of international accord all the year around, providing its guests with pleasant, fun-filled and memorable experiences.
To raise awareness of the importance of all types of forests, and trees outside forests, for the benefit of current and future generations, Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi participated in the Nobel cause with a Plantation activity on 21 March 2017 at the Hotel.
To Celebrate ‘International Day of Forests’ Mr. Rehan Faiz Pirzada General Manager of the Hotel led the activity along with the Hotel Manager Mr. Aslam Khan and other staff members.
Tree planting campaigns are activities that promote cause of forest restoration land reclamation, landscaping and to save earth erosion, conducted on International Day of Forests. The International Day of Forests was established on the 21st day of March, by resolution of the United Nations General Assembly on November 28, 2012.
