Brazilian barbecues consist of generous quantities of meat, especially the premium cuts which are very popular in Brazilian cuisine. Salt is added to the food, before it is grilled to a perfect pink over charcoal or wood. Sharing space on the grill will be chicken hearts and sausages, making it easy for you to slice whatever you want straight onto your plate.

On the first day of the Brazilian night restaurant staff was dressed in Brazilian attire, serving the guests and soft Brazilian music was on. The local and international guests at the hotel had a wonderful time.
