ABU DHABI: Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, and the flag carrier of Pakistan, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), have re-launched their codeshare partnership to offer greater access to both airlines’ trunk routes between the UAE and Pakistan, and on Etihad services across its global network. The codeshare flights will be open for sale on November 13, with the first travel date from November 26. KAZAKHSTAN: Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan Beibut Atamkulov on the sidelines of the government session told reporters that Kazakhstan and Turkey are holding negotiations on selling Almaty airport to the Turkish company, Vlast.kz reports. “The talks are underway today with the Turkish company. ISTANBUL:Turkish Airlines is connecting Xi’an, China to its flight network as its fourth destination in mainland China after Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou on the 20th year of its presence in the country.
