KARACHI: To honor the top travel partners of Karachi for their outstanding performance, an impressive event was organized by the Destination of the World-Pakistan at Marriott hotel Karachi recently. Mr. Tariq Bin Yousuf, General Manager, Destination of the World welcomed the guests at the award ceremony of ‘’outstanding performance award’’ and thanked all the guests for attending the event.

Addressing the gathering Mr. Tariq said that since the establishment of Destinations of the World-Pakistan in Feb 2002, our core practices are focused on successfully connecting travel professionals around the country& globe, loyalty to our business customers, fair-trading and being easy to do business with. Despite the market conditions and the existing competition, DOTW-Pakistan has maintained to its credit around 75% of the market share.

A short documentary about tourism richness of Pakistan was also shown which was very much appreciated by the guests. Mr. Ali Hamdani, C.E.O. PTM took the opportunity of the event, projected and presented the upcoming mega tourism event of Pakistan, “Pakistan Travel Mart”.
