MUSCAT: Oman Air has unveiled plans to launch a new four times weekly flight from Muscat to the Kenyan capital of Nairobi later this month; the latest move in the airline’s ambitious and dynamic programme of fleet and network expansion. The service, which commences on March 27, will be operated by a Boeing 737-800 and will depart from Muscat on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, leaving at 1450 and arriving in Nairobi at 1855. TEHRAN: Iran Air has taken delivery of its first new A330-200, arrived in Tehran on Saturday, March 11, the second of 200 Western-built passenger aircraft ordered by Iran Air following the lifting of sanctions on Iran last year.
